Who we are

What data we collect

Only the data you send us through the contact and quote request forms: name, phone, email, site address, job details and your message. To protect against abuse, the server also records your IP address and browser type.

Why we use it

To reply to you and send the quote you asked for, i.e. steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

How long we keep it

We keep requests for at most 2 years after receiving them, unless they lead to a contract. Data related to contracts is kept as required by law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. It only reaches our staff and the technical providers that host the website and email.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not include external analytics services.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You can write to us at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).
