Project goal
Sustainably increasing the competitiveness of Multibet Transilvania SRL through the company's technological development, the creation of new jobs and the development of staff skills.
Specific objectives
- Increasing concrete production capacity through technological investments, including in environmentally friendly production processes and efficient use of resources, renewable energy, more energy-efficient equipment, waste reduction at source, and product and process innovation.
- Creating one new job for a person from a disadvantaged group.
- Training 11 employees through specific programmes to acquire technical skills.
Expected results
- 11 training certificates issued to 11 employees of the company.
- 23 tangible and 2 intangible assets purchased and put into operation.
- 1 new open-ended employment contract for a person from a disadvantaged group.
